We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including (but not limited to):

- Damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items (Our Fault Only)
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or fulfillment error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement of the same item
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products
- Edibles, consumables, or inhalable products
- Items damaged due to misuse, heat exposure, or improper storage
- Clearance or promotional items
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery due to address errors provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
