Learn Before You Buy
Hemp products can feel confusing — especially with so many terms, cannabinoids, and opinions floating around.
This page exists to give you clear, simple, non-judgmental information so you can make informed choices that feel right for you.
We don’t give medical advice. We don’t tell you what you “should” feel. We just explain the basics — clearly and responsibly.
What is Hemp?
Hemp is a variety of the Cannabis sativa plant that is legally defined by its THC concentration.
In the United States, hemp is federally defined as cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
Hemp-derived products may still contain cannabinoids that produce noticeable effects, depending on the product type, formulation, and amount used.
HEMP-DERIVED VS MARIJUANA
While hemp and marijuana come from the same plant family, they are legally classified differently.
Marijuana products are regulated at the state level and may contain higher levels of Delta-9 THC.
Hemp-derived products are legally defined by THC limits and are regulated differently.
We sell hemp-derived products only. We do not sell marijuana.
COMMON CANNABINOIDS (PLAIN LANGUAGE)
Delta-9 THC (Hemp-Derived)
Delta-9 THC is the primary intoxicating compound in cannabis. When derived from hemp and kept within legal limits by dry weight, it may still produce noticeable effects depending on the product and serving size.
Delta-8 THC
Delta-8 THC is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in small amounts in hemp.
Many adults describe Delta-8 as producing milder or more manageable effects compared to Delta-9, though individual experiences vary.
THCA
THCA is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid in its raw form. When heated, it may convert into Delta-9 THC.
Effects depend on how the product is used.
HHC & Other Cannabinoids
Hemp contains many cannabinoids that may interact differently with the body. Product experiences can vary widely depending on formulation, dosage, and individual tolerance.
How to Use
Responsible use starts with understanding your body and your limits.
Best practices:
- Start with a low amount
- Wait before increasing your dose
- Avoid mixing with alcohol
- Do not drive or operate machinery
- Store products safely, away from children and pets
EDIBLES VS INHALABLE PRODUCTS
Different product types affect people differently.
Edibles may take longer to feel but can last longer.
Inhalable products may be felt more quickly but often wear off sooner.
Always wait long enough before taking more — especially with edibles.
